Probably not but privacy rights depend on State law. Where did this happen?
Customer: replied 9 years ago.
This occurrs in Tennessee. Even though I am a former elected official,I understand the protections the print media enjoys on a nwew story. I believe this is a commercial transaction whereby the paper promotes the contest and publishes the results as the headline for that edition. They profit from the advertisements they sale that are printed in their publication. Thank you for your help.
