In the State of Arizona can a person employed as a prearranged funeral salesperson and referred to as a funeral arranger by the company employing him/her actually arrange a funeral after the death has occurred and conduct/ carrying out the funeral to the gravesite without a licensed funeral director. This person does not sign the contract after dealing with the bereaved family but has the manager sign it. Is this legal?
