Customer Question

Hello. My significant other & myself are planning to purchase a cruise franchise. This will be a home based business. We''ve already established that an LLC would deliver what we''re looking for interms of taxes & liability. We need to do the contractual paperwork for the LLC. Second, this LLC will like the parent company & we will want to establish other LLC under it. I''m thinking right now just a dba. Again, am I on the right track & how do I accomplish this?

Are you asking about how to form an LLC?

I am not clear of what your questions are, please explain.

what legal paperwork do I need to file to set up the LLC. Also, I want a different name for the travel business, that's why I was asking about how to set up a "dba".

What state do you want to set the LLC and/or dba up in?

Do you want the LLC to own the dba?

Do you want me to close the question or are you asking for a refund?

Experts are only paid if a person clicks "Accept" after they read their answer BUT, as I understand it, Just Answer does charge credit cards unless the customer requests a refund. Let me know if you want a refund?
