Customer Question

Went to practice put down all windows. Went to put windows up and nothing works in drivers door. No dome light power windows mirrors trunk release or door locks. Windows and locks work on the other doors just fine and key fob opens trunk and door locks
JA: Have you checked the vehicle's manual for this?
Customer: Yes I have checked all the fuses and even swapped out
JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?
Customer: 2002 lasaber limited
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes swapped fuses and relays
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

This can be the Door Module or power to the Door Module
Locate the Rear Fuse Panel under the left Rear Seat
Test Voltage + on "both sides" of Fuse "7" with Key ON
Remove "both Circuit Breakers" 56 & 57 for 1 minute
Reinsert Circuit Breakers & try Door Switch
IF still not working, you will need to remove Driver Door Panel & test Voltage + to both ORANGE wires
IF there is Voltage to both ORANGE wires, then the Door Module is likely bad

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok did as you said had voltage at fuse, pulled relays and let set several min and flipped positions. Check orange wires in door both have voltage. Unplugged removed module. Got a tested module from bone yard, installed and no difference put old module in and no change. Any other suggestions

IF you reset the "Circuit Breakers" NOT "Relays" as you posted, then use of GM Scan Tool or Equal is needed to Test to pinpoint the issue
