Hey how are you

1- The interior light is controlled by the BCM ( body control module ) you will need a factory scanner to retrieve fault codes to see what is failing

there is no fuse or relay for it ,it goes thru that BCM module

2-There is actually a TSB out about this condition. It is TSB - PIT4248C.

Basically Telling to make sure the dome lamp override is not activated ,you can check by pressing the
switch and then rechecking the dome lamp operation"

It is a common issue that people bring there vehicles back to the dealership and it is just caused by the dome lamp override switch being pressed.

This switch is located next to the auto headlight switch left side of the dash.

Can you check this if you have not already and let me know

Please let me know

Thank You
