JA: When it comes to this particular vehicle, have flat tires been a problem in the past?

JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?
Customer: 2002 Buick Century
JA: Are you fixing your Century yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No. But we need the heater. Its cold now

You could have a air pocket in the system causing this problem. You could also have a clogged heater core.
