My hybrid vehicle seems to lose power when I am accelerating

Customer Question

My hybrid vehicle seems to lose power when I am accelerating from a dead stop. I'll come to a stop sign and sit and then when I hit the gas pedal the vehicle will hesitate and roll backwards for a second or two before it accelerates. When I hit the gas to accelerate the vehicle does have electrical power but the drivetrain is not kicking in as fast as it did when it was new. There is no check engine codes and I'm not pulling anything from the computer with our snap on scanner. Please advise. 2013 Buick lacrosse 2.4 L hybrid
