Hi. I have to replace inner tie rod in my 2005 Buick randezvous. My question is how hard is to do it.thx
Expert:  Roy Belding replied 12 months ago.

ok, remove the wheel. remove the nut for the outer tie rod end and use a hammer to hit the knuckle to release. remove the inner boot clamp and remove the boot down the shaft to expose the inner nut. you will need a special tool for removing or loosening the nut. any parts store will have it for you. once you loosen it, remove it and then remove the outer tie rod and install on the new inner and install.
