Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the shifter is stuck in reverse and you're unable to push the release button then there is little chance the problem is not in the shifter. It's possible that something foreign has lodged in the shifter or the problem could be with the shifter itself.

Are you able to access to shifter to see if there is something foreign in it preventing movement, and to remove the shift cable and see if you're able to shift the trans manually?

Thank you for your responseCustomer The problem is with the "Shift Cable". It needs to be replaced.
