Do you hear the window motor humming when the switch is pressed?

Expert:  Jerry replied 1 year ago.

Do you need the instructions for the door panel. There are some hidden screws in it. It sounds like the window motor/regulator that is bad. Thanks

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
you can hear the motor and but it wont go up
Expert:  Jerry replied 1 year ago.

I see, thanks. That is most likely the gears on the window motor/regulator. There is a chance however that the regulator is broken.

The door panel will have to come off to see. Let me get some instructions for that, brb, thanks
