everything in dash is working, the radio and the area where I charge my phone but the A/C will not power on at all
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: yes fuses ate good
JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?
Customer: 2004 Buick Rainier CXL V8
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: had the fuses checked and that's it
hope to fix myself
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: had some gear shift cable issues last night and at one pint the battery was disconnected and reconnected to see if that would reset anything for the gear shift issues I had. well it didn't. the cable was replaced and the air hasn't worked since the battery was disconnected

All of these things that are not working are powered off of the same circuit. There may be a fuse that was missed. I will get you the exact fuses to check for this problem. I know you said you already checked fuses but I need you to double check as they may have missed one.

Fuse 13, 20 amp under hood, labeled CIGAR

Fuse 46, 20 amp, rear fuse box, AUX PWR 1

Fuse 15, 20 amp, rear fuse box, AUX PWR 2
