Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It sounds as if the failure is in the heater box.

If you're unable to get air from the vents yet it will change to other position, or the air does blow but you aren't able to change positions at all, then you have a blend door issue. If you're unable to move the mode door linkage by hand with the actuator removed then the door is stuck. It may be stuck just where it passes through the heater box or at the pivot, or there may be something in the heater box physically blocking it. Either way, the dash and heater box are going to need to be removed to disassemble the heater box for physical inspection.
