blower fan inop (ac or heat)
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: cold air does come out when car is moving prior to fan not working all was ok. Fan just stopped
JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have tried nothing If simple I will try

Do you have a voltmeter?

This can get expensive to guess what happened, if you would get a voltmeter (about $20 - 30) it will help pinpoint the problem.

One thng you can do is check the BLO MOT fuse in the left underhood fuse block. The legend is on the cover. It is a green 30 amp fuse.
