Customer Question

Car would crank but not start. My guy checked fuel pressure, determined it was fuel pump. Replaced that and the filter. She would then start, but only on the second turn, without me touching gas pedal. Started it several times, but did not drive. Attempted to start 24 hours later, and nothing. Not even with me giving it gas. Any suggestions. It's a 2003 Buick Century

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

In order for the engine to start and run you need good spark to the spark plugs, injector pulse at the injectors and proper fuel pressure (42 to 56 PSI) . If you can check each one of these for me and determine which one you are lacking I will help you get this resolved. Post back when you can and we can work from there.
