Does fuse blow as soon as key is turned on, or does it blow when turn signal or hazard switch is used?

Check under the rear of the car to see if any trailer wiring has been added. If so, check this wiring carefully for damage, chafing, shorts, etc.

New info...turn pops only in r/h turn, hazard everytime

Inspect wiring at right taillamp first, again checking for any pinched wiring. Wire color should be dark green. Also check at right front turn signal wiring, wire color should be blue.
