2005 Lacross 3.8 - Old battery needed out! Put new battery

2005 Lacross 3.8 - Old battery needed out! Put new battery with 12.8 V in. NO POWER at all. Well. power at ign fuse in main fuse block under hood. Only a pic of an eng outline on display. Key stuck in lock as is trans stuck in park. But, absolutely no power .

All power to the car come from the battery to the to the under hood fuse panel, start first with making sure you have power to the fuse panel on the red power feed wire and if that checks okay the check each one of the fuse in the panel to see if you have power in and out of them.
