I found out that my outlets are not working, but the fuses

Customer Question

I found out that my outlets are not working, but the fuses are good. The only abnormal thing I saw was that cable plug from the cigarette lighter was not connected to anything and could not find where to plug it to. The front and the back chargers are not working but the rear one is.

Hello I will help you with your question,

Two fuses to check first, the FRT AUX fuse in the underhood fuse block and the AUX PWR fuse in the center console box. (CLICK HERE)

What do you mean the cable from the outlet is not connected? It is connected to the outlet? is the connector the same as shown in the link above?

Let me know what you are seeing and what condition of the fuses are

Thank you

This is what I'm talking about, the image in pics needed to be attached but I can not see where to attach it.

The plug in the image is where the cig lighter connects

I don't have a diagram for that but it does not connect to the back of the fuse block?
The handle swings open and as you connect it swings up so you can lock it in place.
Have you had work done that they would have pulled the console?
