Buick Lesabre: Having problems with my 1994 Buick lesabre!

Having problems with my 1994 Buick lesabre! It drives fine for about 10mins then it looses power and starts sputtering and when you try to give it gas it won't go it will try to act like it but won't go very fast. About 10miles an hour is all it will go and it continues to sputter. We put a brand new O2 sensor a brand new catalytic converter changer the throttle position sensor the air mass sensor and even the ecm, but still having the same problem. Help please
