The blower motor is located on the passengers side under the dash. To replace the blower motor you first need to remove the hush panel.

Object Number: 428494 Size: SH

Then remove the connector to the blower motor and remove the 3 screws that hold the blower motor to dash. The blower motor should now come out.

The design of the blower motor in your answer is not the same as mine. Mine is a plastic cover with 5 screws, one which was very hard to get at. I removed the power plug which goes through the plastic housing. I don,t see anything else holding it in and it seems like it wants to drop but something else is holding it up.

OK, there are 2 designs for this car. Here is the other type of blower motor.

  • Pull back the carpet near the blower motor.

  • Object Number: 291175 Size: SH

Remove the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauge. and Console.
