Are you saying that the engine cranks over but does not start and the ignition key is stuck in the ignition lock cylinder?

No the engine doesnt start, it is shut down completly like he batt is dead, its the securty system, the key is stuck on acc and the car is in park.

Try this... This might do the trick...


Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.

Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON, vehicle will not start.
Observe the SECURITY telltale. After approximately 10 minutes , the telltale will turn OFF. The vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or password XXXXX the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds .
Start the engine, the vehicle has now learned the password.

It sounds to me like your ignition lock cylinder is just bad.
