How do i pull it out the whole headlamp, cause i can get to the high beams ok without removal, but i cant get to the low beams. What screws etc. do i remove?

the interior lamps the plastic will just pop out. with a small flat screw driver. this vehicle may have a plastic cover over it the headlamps. These are retainers if they are plastic. What you need to do is pull the middle out and then pull the whole retainer out.
