How do I remove factory radio from 2002 Buick Century?
Hello and thank you for choosing Just Answer!

This radio is not a hard one to remove at all.. Here is a picture of how it is mounted in there, so you can see for yourself:
The only thing you need to do is remove the trim from in front of it, and unbolt it.. slide out.. and disconnect the wiring.

What I was hoping you could tell me is where the dash trim is connected and how? I pretty much already knew what you told me. I've installed and uninstalled stereos before but I just bought this car.

Ohhh... ok .. DO you have a center console in your Century, or no?
It does make a difference...

No center console.

OK.. Here is a .pdf of the instructions for removing that trim across the dash.

There are like 2 screws in it, and the rest of it just popps out with the same little clips that are used on other cars.
