I have a 2013...

I have a 2013 mercury 9.9 HP 4 stroke, serial number OR576837. The tilt lock and unlock feature does not work well. Online research tells me that it is a common problem. My guess is that the part is worn. Are replacement parts available?

I only have a motor. No boat. it's 9.9 HP 4 stroke, serial # is 0R576837. The tilt lock and unlock mechanism no longer works. Apparently, it is a common problem. Can I purchase a replacement?No. Do not call me. I just need a part number and where to call to order the part and the price.Are you there?

Hello- back now. We don't sell parts at this site but yes you can purchase new parts. At our shop we often use crowley for parts. Let me see if I can find the link for you.

Here is what my system gives me for that number
