Hi, we have twin 2017 Yamaha 225 engines and are out on the water. The helm did a sudden stop and put the motors in reverse. The engines stopped and will no longer start. Can you help?

Are you able to check behind the dash to see if the Helm Computer/ BCM has become disconnected or if any pins have backed out of the connector? How are ALL the other connections up there looking? Is there any Faults showing on the Command Link Display?
