bought a used 43' Navigator with 26 year old equipment. I use Navionics on my Ipad but have nothing for depth or vision of the bottom. Last week I knew from my charts I was in 35 feet of water but didn't realize when I let down my anchor, I was dropping it in the middle of a pile of logs and was stuck for over 3 hours before I got free, ruining my underpowered windlass.
