motor got real hot apparently heat indicator sound didn't come on. Now it want fire or really do anything

Ok the first thing we need to do is a compression and spark test. The compression is real important at this point since it was over heated. We could have just a blown head gasket. If compression tests good then we need to check spark. This requires the use of a spark gap tester to test the strength of the spark.
