Customer: did it once we were trolling and when I pulled it in to neutral it died and would not fire it does turn over

Is the emergency stop switch clip in place?

The switches can stick. Pull the clip out, flip it a few times, and then pop it back in and let me know if it makes a difference. Are you near the outboard now to do this?
