I have a 2006 D2-75. There appears to be a problem with the control panel electrical system. The symptoms are:
No reading on the rev counter when the engine is running.
The hours meter has an error code
The warning lights do not light up
All of the above components are new.
The engine does start and stop as normal.

Make sure that you are getting good voltage and ground to the panel. If no voltage, check for any blown fuses on the engine. If you are not getting a good ground, inspect the harness between the engine and the panel for any breaks or kinks in the wiring.
