Hi and thank you for your question.

An engine needs 3 things to run. Fuel, spark and compression.

Without more of a history on your ski, it is hard to give you specific advice but I would suggest starting out with replacing the spark plugs. Being a 2 stroke engine, they do tend to go through spark plugs more quickly than a 4 stroke. If it doesn't start with new spark plugs, after giving it a good attempt at getting it running, pull the plugs out and see if they are wet or dry. Hopefully they show some signs of fuel.

The next thing to check would be compression.

One of those 3 are missing, we just have to determine which one it is and then you can get back on the water.
