Picked it up today
trimmed it up then went to trim down and everything went out
No power to gauges or anything
What could it be?

This could blown fuse on the motor, loose battery cables or weak battery. Have you checked any of these?

The inline fuse is near the start solenoid on the engine. Check battery cables be sure they are tight and clean.
