Dragonfly six's lowest two copper pins broke. Raymarine sent

Customer Question

Dragonfly six's lowest two copper pins broke. Raymarine sent a replacement unit. I can't get a secure connection with cable connector. I'm sure that the red ring on the display unit is in the unlocked position, but the cable won't stay in. What now?

Hello, my name is***** will assist you.

The locking ring on the unit needs to have both tabs straight up and down is a 12-6 fashion, then when locking, turn it to TWO clicks to actually lock the cable into place.
