Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking with?

Are you using factory Volvo parts when you replace the points and condenser, or stuff from the auto parts store?

How exactly are you setting the points?

How old is the cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires?

Have you measured the voltage at the coil when running?
