Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking with?

The only way to determine what might be wrong is to check for power at the pump with a volt meter while somebody holds the flush button. Is that something you can do?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Would it be normal to have an in line fuse that may be blown. ?

If the person who installed the pump knew what they were doing then they should have installed an inline fuse... Whether or not they actually did is another story though. Are you near the boat now to check for voltage at the pump?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. Won't be until tomorrow. Thanks. This was helpful.
