ran fine last week went to start it nothing no trim control no voltage at the trim ind ignitron fuse

First, make sure that the battery connections are tight and in the correct places.

thats how I know there is no power to that fuse if I jump power to the fuse motor will turn over and trim works

Ok, with engine not running, test the voltage right at the battery. Then again on the starter solenoid. If it is above 12V, Have a helper turn the key to start and bold it there, while you are checking the readings on the engine.
