2012 Honda 115 outboard. We accidently lifted the motor up

Customer Question

2012 Honda 115 outboard. We accidently lifted the motor up too high and broke a sensor off the front of the throttle body. It is held on with 2 screws that appear to have their heads either ground off or roll rivited over so you can't take it off with any kind of wrench. Is this a servicable item or do you have to replace the throttle body?
