I'm on a 2008 sea Ray sun dancer 280 that doesn't

Customer Question

I'm on a 2008 sea Ray sun dancer 280 that doesn't have a factory generator, I just purchased the boat and the previous owner told me he used a generator he purchased. There is a cord that appears to be a yellow generator cord, where does it Connect to on the boat? And how do I turn the AC on once it is connected

The cord should go inside the compartment on the stern above the bathing platform. Inside it you should have the shore power connection. Once you have the power to the boat, on the main panel you should see the 110 volts on the volt meter, you should have an AC switch, turn that on and that's it.
