My engine compartment flooded on a Tige RZ 4 and now the engine is running a little rough What should I check?

First check the engine oil and make sure that no water got into it. Remove the spark plugs and pull the kill lanyard if you have one, then crank the engine over to ensure that no water is in the cylinders.

Check the fuel for any signs of water, the tank top could have also been under water.

Make sure that you are still getting spark on all cylinders as well.
