Hello, my name is***** will assist you. What are you using to measure the voltage at the battery?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Im using just a regular digital voltmeter. I dont have access to a dva meter.
Expert:  Charles replied 1 year ago.
Regular volt meter is fine. Is it on the DC scale?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yeah its on the dc scale
Expert:  Charles replied 1 year ago.
Is the meter auto ranging or do you have it set on a scale? It should be a scale over 20V DC
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It was set on 200 vdc
Expert:  Charles replied 1 year ago.
And it read 100 and not 10.0? That is really strange. Can you verify that with a different meter?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Maybe I read the decimal wrong I will recheck and get back with ya
