trim motor was replaced last April

Can you locate the trim relay, part 27 in the diagram. Remove the large blue and green wires from the relay. Then apply 12V from a battery to these wires. If you have positive on the blue and negative on the green the motor will go up. Reverse the leads and the motor will go down. Let me know what you get.

If this is good, you will need a multimeter for the other tests.
