Customer Question

Mercury 2010 Prokicker 9.9 hp. I have about 700 hours on this motor and recently it has an oil leak while running. It appears to be leaking from the bottom of the cylinder block. Do you believe this is worth taking in for repair?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will assist you. The oil leak from there may be due to a bad oil seal or gasket. If the engine is running fine i think it will be worth repairing it as it should not cost much. I still would agree with the mechanic to give you a quote prior to repairing to avoid any surprises.

If you have further questions let me know.
