This may take more than one reply to solve the issue you are having with your engine. I will need to get some information from you to come up with a possible cause of your issue.

Engines will run fine with no load but when you put a load on the engine it requires more fuel to produce full power. If you have a fuel delivery issue this will cause the symptoms you are having now. This can be cause by a number of things. Do you have individual tanks or do both engine run off the same tank? Do you have a fuel manifold where you can run the engines on different tanks?

Have you done a compression test on the engine? We need to do this first to deter, mine the strength of the engine.

Has the boat been sitting unused for an extended period of time?

Have you tried running the engine on a different fuel source?

Whee was the last time you had the engine tuned up?
