rpm gage does not wk..110 on all 4 plugs no plane at all

the engine sounds and reves good, just not sure to remove jackplate or get a differen prop would or could removeing plate make a diff. have not used boat before..we just added plate and new fuel lines etc...runs good

What size prop is on there now, and how much weight do you normally put in the boat, estimate total person weight and gear.

org. equipement prop..two persons about 500lbs
