HI I have a mercury verado 175 hp and rpm up to 3500 and does not come out of the water for one minute before going out and them hopefully max 5500 rpm..

Hello, my name is***** you for allowing me to assist you today.
If you are using a Mercury stainless prop, pull one of the plugs out of it. Give the motor a test. It not much better, take out another one. It sounds like you are just grabbing too much water and not allowing the motor to spin up. If this does not work, you may need a smaller pitch prop.
