Hi and thank you for your question. This sounds like a fuel starvation problem if pumping the throttle trigger helps. What that sounds like is you are activating the accelerator pump and supplying fuel that way instead of the conventional way the carb is designed to work.I would like you to pull the spark plugs out and take a look at them. What you are looking for is one that is noticeably different in color than the other two. That would then be the problem cylinder/carb.Ultimately you are probably going to end up pulling the carbs off the engine and taking them apart and cleaning them. It is also entirely possible one of the needles has stuck and is not letting any fuel flow through the carb too. This will show up during the tear down and inspection of the carbs. Once you get inside the carbs, you will also want to pay close attention to the various diaphragms inside the carb for both the fuel pump and check valves.Let me know what you find. Thanks,RSRBOB
