Hello, my name is***** you for allowing me to assist you today.
Do you get this on only the first start of the day?
How does the engine run?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No, only after a run. Engine runs fine. Here is more info that may be related Yesterday, before the 1st error, the sta motor being at the the same throttle position as the port, stays at 500 (or close) when the port is where I set it at 1000 (or so). I can match the sta up to the port but now the sta throttle is an inch (or so) ahead of the port. When getting her on plane they again are the same and they sync fine. This leave me to winder if the actual electronic throttles are wearing out.

Do you recall the part number of what you replaced a few house ago?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Did you just get an email from me?
Expert:  Charles replied 2 years ago.
Nothing other than the one where you talk about the throttle handles.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Do not know part number. As I recall, it was the throttle assembly that goes between the air filter and the motor.
Expert:  Charles replied 2 years ago.
Ok the entire throttle body.
Are you near the boat now and can look at a few items?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
If taking cowls off, it will have to be tomorrow. I can turn on the Vessel View if you want to know the error.
Expert:  Charles replied 2 years ago.
Yes the error code would be great. Save me a ton pf reading on the charts.
I would want you to take the one cowl off and look at the clamps that are holding the throttle body inplace. I want to make sure that they are not rusted and broken.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I can that but not until morning. Would you be available and at what time?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Until morning then. Thanks
Expert:  Charles replied 2 years ago.
About 10 AM CST. I will be logging on.
