I have a 2001 Sea Ray 260 bow rider. It seem the gas tank air vent must be plugged because I have a very difficult time filling the gas tank because the tank is full of air and not able to leave the tank as the tank tries to fill with gas. How do I solve this problem

Hello my name is ***** ***** am i speaking with?When did this problem start? Is gas blowing back out of the fill when you pump gas into it? Has a marina or gas attendant pumped gas into this boat for you since this started?
