Is it accelerator pump?
Expert:  Charles replied 2 years ago.
Hello, my name is***** you for allowing me to assist you today.
Your engine should not have an accelerator pump. You will need to check the tuner of the engine. this is in the down housing and carries the exhaust gas away from the powerhead. If it is loose of broken, the engine will not run correctly.
