Customer Question

I have a 2003 cobalt 200 with 5.0L Volvo engine. I had tune up two weeks ago and Austin BoatTown set the dual battery selector switch to off. I have dual batteries and switched it back to All. I get no power to start, I don't think it batteries since tested in shop two weeks ago. Suspect either the "ignition switch in throttle" or battery selector switch. When happened in the past jiggling the throttle seemed to solve. I have tried that but with no luck.

Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking with? Do you have a voltmeter and do you know how to take basic voltage measurements? Does putting the selector 1 or 2 make a difference?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I don't have voltmeter available. Putting selector switch 1 or 2 did not matter. I tried starting is each position 1,2 and All. Not getting any sound or measurements on gauges.

They did test the batteries with tune up two weeks ago at shop (I believe)

Without a voltmeter there isn't any thing we can test. Did you have any questions for me?

Not the moment. May log back in after buying voltmeter or will bring back to shop

Okay good luck!
