When you replaced these parts are they new or used?Is the engine cranking over fast enough? What are you using to check the spark?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
All replacement parts are new, using a light i use on other small engines at spark plug inline, as for as cranking speed I don/t have a good way to check rpms.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Cranking speed sounds the same as when it was running , I know this is not a good trouble shooting tool.

I have a mechanical rpm device I use on industrial equipment , but the lowest reading is 500 rpm, and the spec. on this outboard is listed at least 250rpm.

The two black/yellow wires are disconnected from the switchboxes? If you spray some starting fluid in the engine what happens?
