i removed the cover and noticed that the air filter compartment was flooded with engine oil , after i dried out i disconnected the pipe breather from the bottom and turn the engine on at 4000 rpm for about 5 minutes when i noticed the engine oil coming really hard out of the breather , also i noticed a big pressure at the oil reservoir...... the oil level was ok . it wasn't overfilled .

Hi, My name is***** you for letting me try and assist you with your problem.
Since it's not overfilled, the engine is damaged internally.
It can be piston rings, or valve seals allowing that kind of pressure into the crankcase.
Without doing a leak down test it's impossible to know which it is.
